Drama Department

The Drama Club has had a very busy year.  After competing at the SEARS Ontario Drama Festival, we ended the season with Dream in the Courtyard, productions of Shakespeare’s Midsummer Nights’ Dream and Paul Dunn’s Offensive Shadows staged in our courtyard.  The improv team entertained the incoming Grade 9s and then a group of grade 9 students performed at Silenced Voices:  Inspiring Social Change Through Theatre.  They then took their piece and performed for the seniors at Heritage Centre.
This summer we are busy researching possible plays for our spring show.
In September we will begin auditions for Showcase in November and for our Improv Team.

This summer come see us at SummerWorks,  Toronto’s largest juried theatre Festival in Toronto.
