ABSENCE FROM CLASS IS DISCOURAGED. However, students who know ahead of time that they will miss a class MUST make arrangements IN ADVANCE. If there is an unplanned absence due to illness or emergency, the student MUST make arrangements with the teacher on the first day back at school to avoid a mark of zero on that day's work. This is the student's responsibility.

Content is cumulative - therefore the consequences of falling behind are severe. Regular attendance and homework completion from the beginning are the keys to success. The computers are available both before and after school and students may find that they need to come in and do work on their own time in order to keep up with the rest of the class.

The teacher is available for extra assistance as necessary - please make an appointment as soon as you are having difficulty. Mr. Houston can be contacted in the Business Office or by phone at 826-1195 ext. 412.
